- SCM0256 – General construction works up to $1m (CERTIFIED supplier)
- SCM1461 – Contractor prequalification scheme for general construction works between $1m and $9m

Instructions
- Current builders licence issued by NSW Fair trading for company lodging the application
- Associated current builders licence issued by NSW Fair Trading for the company director or nominated supervisor
- Evidence of at least 5 years experience in residential construction projects in each selected capability
- Current certificates of currency for both Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation, valid in Australia for the state of NSW
- Building Practitioner Registration for all Class 2 and Class 3 buildings
Provide evidence of one of the following
- Current accreditation with the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner
- JAS-ANZ EMS certification to AS/NZS ISO 4801
- JAS-ANZ EMS certification to AS/NSZ ISO 450001
- Current JAS-ANZ certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001
