Only suppliers who are prequalified on the below prequalification schemes are eligible to submit an application for this procurement list:

SCM0256 – General construction works up to $1m
SCM1461 – Contractor prequalification scheme for general construction works between $1m and $9m

LAHC has two main categories – works up to $1m and works above $1m. If you are eligible, you will need to submit a separate application for each category.

For terms and conditions of this scheme, please refer to the terms and conditions of the prequalification schemes listed above – SCM0256 and SCM1461.

LAHC reserves the right to conduct clarification and/or negotiations as per of the establishment of this list.

Applications will be assessed on the basis of responses, together with any supporting material that has been requested.

Applicants must be prequalified on either SCM0256 or SCM1461.

Complete the questionnaire and provide the following information.

Current builders licence issued by NSW Fair trading for company lodging the application
Associated current builders licence issued by NSW Fair Trading for the company director or nominated supervisor
Evidence of at least 3 years experience in residential construction projects in each selected capability
Current certificates of currency for both Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation, valid in Australia for the state of NSW
Building Practitioner Registration for all Class 2 buildings

ADDITIONAL FOR WORKS ABOVE $1M APPLICATIONS

Provide evidence of one of the following

Current accreditation with the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner
JAS-ANZ EMS certification to AS/NZS ISO 4801
JAS-ANZ EMS certification to AS/NSZ ISO 450001
Current JAS-ANZ certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001

CAPABILITIES
