Description
Deliver the full scope of electric vehicle supply equipment goods, installation works and maintenance services.
Scope
The Electric Vehicle Fleet Charging Infrastructure Scheme is used by NSW Government Agencies and Non-Agency Eligible customers such as State owned corporations, councils and not-for-profit (“Buyers”).
The approved supplier must provide quotations as requested by an eligible buyer to be considered for work, and must not charge over the maximum rates submitted under the scheme. The supplier may submit lower rates and prices than the rates and prices under the scheme rates card when tendering for a project with an eligible buyer.
The scope of work, fees and other requirements for a project agreement will be formed using the standard form agreement (see supporting documents). Approved suppliers under the scheme either directly, or via the engagement of its selected sub-contractors remain responsible for the delivery of the EVSE goods, works and services under the project agreement formed.
At the completion of each project the approved suppliers must submit a detailed project report to the Department.
